Eclipta Get Eclipta

Your apps are locked. Meditation is the key.

Eclipta blocks the apps you open by reflex. The only thing that opens them again is a finished meditation session.

The first app you opened today, you did not decide to open.

Ten minutes is the whole ask.

The block is only what gets you there. What happens next is a meditation — sat in silence, led by the breath, or timed so there is nothing to watch.

  • Unguided

A length, a bell, and nothing else.

  • Breathwork

Box breathing, 4-7-8, and deep breathing.

  • Interval timer

It ends when it ends. Nothing to check.

Attention is a trained thing. Ten minutes a day go into training it, in place of ten minutes that were going somewhere else.

A block is a rule you write once.

You choose which apps and websites get blocked, when, and how long you meditate to open them.

  • Scheduled

Blocked inside the hours you choose.

  • Daily allowance

A cap. Spend it and they lock.

  • Earned time

Every minute you meditate buys app minutes.

  • Instant

    Lock something right now.

It holds whether or not Eclipta is open.

You cannot edit a block while it is holding you.

The way out, as other blockers label it

  • Ignore limit
  • 15 more minutes
  • Snooze
  • Unblock for today
  • Turn it off in Settings

Eclipta has none of them. Closing the app does not unlock anything.

You don’t need to want to meditate. You just need to want Instagram.

Set this up once, tonight.

Meditation is training. Not therapy.

Every blocker ships an escape hatch. Eclipta does not — the moment the way out is most wanted is the moment it should not exist.

No leaderboards, and no feed. The only record here is your own.

Questions.

What if I don’t want to meditate?

Most people don’t. No guided voice, no course — just a length you set, a bell, and a screen that counts down.

Can I get around it?

Not casually. While a block is live it cannot be edited, disabled, or waited out. Deleting Eclipta removes its blocks, as with any app.

Is my data private?

The names of the apps you block are never sent to Eclipta’s servers. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.

Does it work on Android?

No. Eclipta is iPhone only.

Eclipta is a meditation timer and an app blocker. It is not a medical device or a treatment.

Ten minutes, before your phone opens.
